With over 25 years of experience in management and executive leadership roles, she has a passionate commitment to the development of managers to succeed and enjoy their work. She holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and a M.Sc. from the University of British Columbia. The Manager’s Boot Camp provides on-line learning as well as immersive and interactive in-person workshops. Carla has given numerous presentations about management and leadership in Canada and internationally.

As a Director of Finance for a couple of NPOx, this presentation gave me insight into the specific role of the Board of Directors as well as the various governance approaches. The presentation was well-organized and provided valuable information. It is a great first step toward Board participation.
