How to Grow and Scale a Business?
Very informative. Puts focus on process science I had not considered before. Critical to always assess whether processes are still contributing to the value chain. Reinforces the need to constantly validate a process regardless of how long it has been in place in light of changing technologies, customer demands and automation opportunities. Very good speaker, brings depth to an area that may not be getting the attention is deserves.

How to Grow and Scale a Business?
Great course. Would recommend to several colleagues and Entrepreneurs. Had issues opening the Course worksheet at the end and would appreciate if I could have it e-mailed to me. In section #3, perhaps there could be more diagrams , illustrations, charts or something visual that reinforces the auditory information as it comes across as just a lecture.
