Biography

I am a veteran in Engineering & Technical Recruiting space with approaching 20 years of experience - working with start-ups to the largest companies in the world. I am a true-blue Generation Junkie - studying, researching, and teaching on the topics of Generations in the Workplace. In my free time, I teach circuit training and kickboxing at a local gym, go distance running with my bride, and spend time with my future NHL star (according to him) and my future Ballerina (according to her)!

Great overview on how our society is structured. It gives me a clearing understanding of why certain behaviours are manifested in the workplace and at home. Thank you for your insights.
